Due to the coronavirus pandemic, public gatherings in Hong Kong are currently restricted.  We are monitoring closely the government’s policies and the timing for the lifting of the restrictions. Given the current situation, we made the decision to postpone the registrations opening until further notice. Once the government has approved that trail events can go ahead, we will keep you informed on the opening date of the registrations for the 2021 edition.
由於在新型冠狀病毒的影響下，香港政府現正對公眾活動進行嚴格監管。我們正密切留意政府的相關措施及放寬相關公眾活動規管的時間表。基於現時的情況，我們決定押後報名的開放日期直至另行通知。當政府確定批准越野跑活動進行，我們會即時通知您有關2021年比賽的報名開始日期。

Age Restrictions: For TransLantau 100km & 50km, participants must be aged over 18 on the event day.
​For TransLantau 25km and 16km, participants must be aged over 13 on the event day.

Participants registered at TransLantau 2020: You will receive an e-mail with a registration link to sign up to 2021 edition with an automatic discount of 50% of the entry paid for the 2020 edition.
The priority registration period is September 1-8, 2020. Thereafter, you can still register (with your discount) during public registration until the quota is full.

Cancellation: The cancellation of your entry will result in a refund of 50% of the paid entry fee, subject to deduction of bank charges from the refund processing. Requests for cancellation are accepted until January 1, 2021 (HK time 23:59).

Transfer: Your entry is transferable before January 1st, 2021. HKD100 administration fee applies for regular/late entry fee. For 2020 participants, the person taking your entry must pay the regular/late fee (i.e. cannot benefit the 50% discount, must pay the difference) in addition to an HKD100 administration fee.

年齡限制: TransLantau 100公里 及 50公里 的參賽者年齡必須年滿18歲或以上（以比賽當日計算）
TransLantau 25公里 的參賽者年齡必須年滿13歲或以上（以比賽當日計算）

TransLantau2020的參加者：
您將會收到含2021年度賽事的半價報名連結的電郵。優先報名期間為2020年9月1至8日。優先期間後，您仍可享有折扣報名優惠直至活動額滿。

取消/退賽：如需取消/退賽，請於2021年1月1日(香港時間 23:59)前，以電郵提出申請。大會將退還50％的報名費，並以銀行過數方式退款(不包括銀行手續費)。 

名額轉讓：賽事名額可於2021年1月1日前轉讓，手續費為港幣100元(適用於任何報名費)。透過半價優惠報名的TransLantau2020參加者，如轉讓名額，受讓的參加者除港幣100元外，需繳付全額費用(費用按轉讓日期計算)(即不能享有半價報名優惠，及需繳付費用差額)。
